Scarborough has two of its legends realising big milestone games this coming Saturday 12th January, 2019 in the Metro One Day Grade against Dianella at Light Street.

Chris Gray - 400 games

Chris started with Scarborough in 1985, playing with its predecessor Lake Monger CC before the merger with Doubleview CC in 1989. He becomes just the 5th Scarborough player to play 400 games for the club. Chris has played in 6 Premierships for the Club with the first back in 85/86 and the most recent in 16/17.

Chris has scored 6,666 runs, taken 267 wickets and taken 275 catches/stumpings.  His best bowling figures are 7/62. He is currently serving on the clubs committee.

Steve Lockwood - 550 games

Steve is the clubs games, runs and dismissals record holder. Steve has scored 10538 runs, taken 1 wicket (they were an unlucky bastard) and taken 473 catches/stumpings with a highest score of 160no. Steve commenced playing for Lake Monger in 1983/84 after coming across from Claremont Teachers College. Steve has played in a club record 7 premierships, captaining 3 of them to victory. He has been a captain for 17 seasons at the club and has been on the committee for 12 seasons in various roles from President to Secretary with his current role being club Treasurer.  Steve has also served on the PCA in various roles for 7 seasons including 3 seasons as President.

Well done guys on great careers (to date!) from everyone at Scarborough and the whole PCA.
